Hello neighbors and Happy Spookytober!  It’s time for your weekly progress update!

It has been too long since we have last posted here. Fortunately, Vlad has kept the information flowing with his weekly progress updates on our Discord. If you haven’t yet joined our community but are interested in having fun, sharing illustrations, texts, stories, ideas, feedback or just hanging out and having fun, please make sure to join our Discord server, home to over 15,000 blue furry enthusiasts: https://discord.gg/V6Qp96wv6X

  • Today we would like to address some key points of development from this past month. Build 0.1.9.0 has begun internal testing. We expect to be sending it to our Praetorian Supporters soon. Once the feedback from the Praetorians is received, then we will set a timeline for the Bloodbound and Aldrukai Supporters. We can’t express our gratitude enough for the patience you have afforded us
  • Kuja has been using his time wisely getting all the assets made for the next-next build featuring new characters Nara and Mjol. In addition, Kuja has also designed the first enemy in Lok: Rebirth. The Visken
  • Compound has been implementing all the new Backgrounds to the Village. This includes the Crash Site and many of the Tent Interiors for characters like Cenvir and Kantir
  • Vlad has continued his progress on fleshing out combat. With assistance from Compound, they have begun creating concepts for Bosses and encounters you will experience in the future
  • Ron has been very busy with the new build’s bug fixing, implementing the new day/night cycle UI and helping Compound with the integration of the new tents
  • Silk and Ricco have been a great help in writing the new dialogue for the upcoming scenes/patch of Nara and Mjol. They’re the main designers behind her upcoming scenes
  • Our animators are already working on Nara’s scenes, some of which you’ll be able to see in the next Patron update (Patron doesn’t allow nudity in Public posts)

We hope this helps you get up to speed on the progress of Lok:Rebirth. There is more information over on the Supporter half of this post. See you there.

Thank you once again for all the support you’ve provided. This project wouldn’t be alive without it, and we truly appreciate it.

Peace and Stay Strong.
